Sponsoring a child means covering the basics that every child needs—education, food, clothing, and medical care. It means they go to school with books in their bag, eat a healthy meal every day, and sleep knowing someone cares. Many of the children at Masaka Kids Africana have lost parents or come from families that cannot provide even the most essential support.
