Many children and young mothers in our community have never had access to formal education or dropped out early due to poverty or early pregnancy. The Vocational Skills Training program gives them a second chance—through practical, hands-on training that leads to real opportunities.
From tailoring and hairdressing to carpentry, farming, and other trades, this program is designed to prepare participants for employment or self-employment. It helps them develop confidence, earn an income, and support themselves and their families with dignity.
We believe in long-term solutions. This program is about more than learning a skill—it’s about building the mindset, discipline, and self-belief needed to create a stable life. For many, it’s the first time they’ve seen a clear path forward.
The goal is to break cycles of poverty and dependence by equipping young people with tools they can use every day.
